    Living wage with good conditions of service. No zero hour contracts. Continuing casual employment is not fair. Potential for workers to improve and take training. Being valued.

    Agreed about living wage. I would also add that CWB should not be about competing other businesses out of business eg a cooperative coffee shop with free volunteer labour on a high street where a struggling coffee shop paying wages ends up closing. That is not ethical or fair - although I am in favour of cooperatives and community ventures so long as additional.
